Po 5 latach przerwy punkowy BANG BANG powraca z nowym wydawnictwem zatytułowanym Ostatni Punkowiec. Pięć lat to długi czas. To okres covidu gdy zespół przez rok siedział zamknięty w sali prób i nie grał koncertów ale też i ciężki czas zmagania się przez członków zespołu z problemami zdrowotnym który na szczęście zakończył się szczęśliwie. Utwory miały czas by dojrzeć. Niektóre zostały wstępnie ograne na koncertach.
O czym mogą śpiewać dawni buntownicy w czasach gdy konformizm i komercja ogarnęły wszystkie dziedziny naszego życia? Życie pędzi do przodu a człowiek pozostaje człowiekiem. Wewnętrzny bunt który wciąż płynie we krwi członków BANG BANG skierował ich nie do kontestowania dzisiejszego świata lecz do spojrzenia na człowieka. Śpiewają o samotności gościa którym targają myśli samobójcze (Sznur) o bezmyślnej agresji która potrafi zniszczyć życie (Agresja, Masakra w klubie Disco, Złe towarzystwo) o wojnie szalejącej za naszą granicą która i nas może dopaść (Wojna). Mimo, że płyta nie jest w żadnym stopniu nostalgiczna pewnym jej motywem przewodnim jest przemijanie do którego nawiązuje klika utworów a w szczególności tytułowy Ostatni Punkowiec.
Jednym z wyzwań które stało przed zespołem było stworzenie brzmienia które z jednej strony nawiązuje do klasycznego brzmienia punkrocka z końca lat 70dziesiątych a z drugiej strony jest na tyle nowoczesne, że przy odsłuchu z platform streamingowych może konkurować z całą masą dzisiejszych tworów muzycznych. W celu realizacji tego zamierzenia zespół podjął współpracę z warszawskim producentem muzyki undegroundowej Marcinem Mackiewiczem który w swoim studiu U Marchewy nadał utworom zespołu brzmienie jakiego nie powstydziłby się żaden amerykański rockowy band. Płyta posiada swój punkowy pazur który w połączeniu z dużą melodyjnością od razu wkupuje się w łaski nie tylko punkowego słuchacza.
Czy na płycie znajdują się przeboje? W punkrocku takie pojęcie nie istnieje ale na pewno w ucho wpada tytułowy Ostatni Punkowiec, Muzyka Niezależna nawiązująca do rzeczywistości grania muzyki niekomercyjnej czy Wysypisko dające nadzieję, że mimo problemów i tak znajdziemy swoje miejsce na ziemi. Na uwagę zasługuje też kawałek zatytułowany Luzak który wokalista Goryl napisał gdy grał w swoim pierwszym zespole Crom Cruac w latach osiemdziesiątych.
Zespół po raz kolejny podjął decyzję by płytę wydać własnym sumptem nie wiążąc się z wytwórniami i pozostając w kręgu muzyki undergroundowej i niezależnej. W dzisiejszej rzeczywistości postawili przede wszystkim na dystrybucję cyfrową a płyta fizyczna zarówno w formacie CD jak i na winylu przeznaczona jest dla prawdziwych kolekcjonerów oraz psychofanów z punkrockowego podwórka.

JULIETTE was active between 2000 and 2004 in Puławy and was part of the impressive DIY scene in the Lublin/Puławy region. Part of the band’s line-up at the time was also involved in other groups such as the well-known ANTICHRIST or 33 ROTATIONS. Juliette’s sound was rooted in the tradition of US and French emo-hardcore of the 90s, but with its own strong “eastern” twist. Their musical presentation was raw, penetrating and moving. Devoid of sterility and politeness, their sound departed from sugary emo/pop. It was instead a completely different form of expression from the tough-sounding hardcore that seemed to define the whole phenomenon at the time. They were listened to and appreciated by different factions of the scene, which at the time boldly intermingled. They reminded us that punk was also about emotion and sensibility.
Active over the course of several years, the band performed in many parts of the country and was one of the few bands from Poland to perform at the Ieper HC Fest in Belgium. The band’s musicians went on to play in other groups such as PANACEA, USP and AFTERBIRTH. Members can currently be seen in BLISS, DIARY OF LAURA PALMER and YELL.
This retrospective ‘Memories Fade’ LP contains all of the material released on Refuse Records on the CD ‘Somewhere in the East’ in 2004 along with four out of the five tracks from the band’s 2001 debut demo. The album comes with a download code with all of that material as well as an additional live track that was never recorded in the studio.
All of this has been packaged with subtle artwork along with an additional booklet. The record was remastered by Haldor at Satanic Audio. Photographs included were taken over the years by Mike Champagne.

Sonically and lyrically it’s one of the most vicious and aggressive all out attack towards the government, racist system, neo-fascism, patriarchy or animal abuse of the era. One of the few hardcore bands in France of this period. Radical, anarchist and strongly advocating DIY (“major labels fuck you – we don’t need you!”). Unfortunately with the songs like “Le Pen fuck you”, their message from back then is still relevant today, even after more than 35 years. "Pergalių dalybos" (lithuanian) means "dividing victories." This is TORO BRAVO's second album released by 83 Records. The first 10 albums include a free CD, "I Prieki" (2019)!
"The newest 2025 album from TORO BRAVO, featuring 11 tracks: ten brand‑new songs and a freshly re‑recorded version of their classic “25”. This release marks the band’s return after several years and showcases a heavier, more mature, emotionally raw sound.
Vocalist Čiubas describes the album as “the hardest period of the band — the most lived‑through and emotionally cracked.
The themes revolve around:social criticism, generational self‑reflection, personal struggles, internal conflict and exhaustion. The closing track “Traukinys” (“The Train”) is a metaphor for a person being carried by life’s current, even when they wish they could swim against it.
Kids on the record: The album features the voices of the band members’ children in several choruses — adding warmth, vulnerability, and authenticity.
Recording & Sound: Instrumental recording took place at bassist Edva’s studio. Vocals, mixing, and mastering were done at Despotin Audio Lab (engineer: Shmekla).

Propozycja grania na Ultra Chaos Pikniku dotarła do nas zupełnie znienacka, koło północy, nieco ponad tydzień przed imprezą. Od razu byliśmy na tak, bo to festiwal, na który przyjeżdżamy od lat. Podeszliśmy do tego występu z wielką radością i entuzjazmem, który aż wylewa się z tego nagrania. Wyszło super, ale nie przypuszczaliśmy, że zostanie z tego taka świetna pamiątka. Dobrze, że wtedy nikt nie wiedział, że ten materiał zostanie wydany, bo byśmy się pospinali i wyszłaby kiszka, a nie winyl. Ten koncert nie jest idealny, ale za to bardzo żywiołowy. Jeśli interesuje Was jak galicyjskie punki cieszą się muzyką, to jest to materiał właśnie dla Was!
